Fish is a good source of monounsaturated fat and believed to improve sperm motility as well as morphology. Meat should be replaced with fish for lowering saturated fat consumption.
As saturated fat consumption can damage your sperms, it is highly recommended to avoid all kinds of foods that are rich in saturated fats. Switching over to foods that are good source of monounsaturated fats can help to develop healthy sperms.
