This 23 year old Barbadian singer who is known for her headline grabbing style statements and a beautiful voice, says that she has fallen in love with her body all over again in 2011. She said that she is looking at it in a new light and respects it all the more. Without much ado, let's check out this 'Man Down' singer's diet and exercise in 2011.

“I don't want to lose my curves,” said this Caribbean beauty as she posed for the cover of Glamour magazine for the September 2011 mega issue. "Over the holidays, and even during filming, I realized that I actually like my body, even if it's not perfect according to the book, I just feel sexy." Looks like she is letting her inner kitten wake up and purr! She also revealed her new diet regimen. “I have egg whites and pineapple for breakfast with hot water and lemon.” As of lunch, “I have fish and potatoes. I hate vegetables, but I make myself eat them. For dinner I have fish again,” Rihanna said. Her dress size varies between a Size 2 and a Size 4 and she is completely at peace with it or so she says.

 

When it comes to her fitness in 2011, she said that she is targeting her legs to make them look leaner and toned. She does not want to bulk up the beef on her legs. “I really don’t like my legs, I’m very insecure about them. Everyone wants to have slim, perfectly-toned legs and I’m no different. I do weights as part of my fitness regime but I don’t want my legs to bulk up so I do a lot of cardio to balance everything out,” Rihanna said. However, Rihanna is super proud of her rounded asset; her butt! “I keep working at it as I want it to be perfect. It makes my clothes look good – and guys like it,” she said with naughty smile.
