Restaurant style paneer. I am good!

My other half invited his golf buddy over for dinner after a game. I was in a fix. The kitchen had 1 tomato, 2 onions, 3 garlic bulbs and a shriveled eggplant. Don't ask how I managed that being the cook that I am because I would say IT HAPPENS.

Thank the Lord I had paneer. So I started with that. I found out how to really cook from what you have. Some cashwes, lots of ginger  heavy cream and some creativity created a good dish.

To that I added some dried methi (fenugreek) leaves as a garnish and restaurant style paneer was created.

Why I called it restaurant style is because both the men asked if that was a take out.
