Wines, Waistlines and Women are all that men find too hard to resist. Pam Anderson’s oomph that makes her irresistible to men is many women’s aspiration. Pam do you love red wine? Well if you do so, it could be one of your health secrets.

Looking at my own waistline - that tire round my waist makes me conscious. In despair I hit the gym and guzzle glasses of plain water to reduce my hunger and cleanse my system but at the end my dear reader I have lost the tire as well as my teeny charm.

Wine on Women’s Day

My concern shifted from weight loss to charm gain. Little did I know that alcohol rejuvenates the skin until I visited one of the Bar with my girlfriends on 8th of March. Drinks overflew, and out of curiosity we took up the long glasses and drank. Some of us got intoxicated and left the Bar.

Red Wine Good for Heart

In the darkness we walked together holding each other’s hands as if united we stood and united we would fall. We felt happy as if the red wine we drank repaired our bruised hearts.

None of us fell, they walked and waved merrily to bring a seven seater van screech to a halt. All the girls glided into it and the van dropped us to the university hostel. Next morning we woke up to find refreshed and glowing. So did the long sleep do the magic?

Red Wine Magic

In a recent study released by Reuters it says that red wine is good for weight management and that majority of the women above the age group of 30 something, who drank red wine in moderation, have been found to be in shape. Research says red wine is good for health and that women who drank wine also consumed less of carbohydrates but worked more.

So the secret behind their trimmed bodies could be less carbohydrate and active lifestyle and both are effects of consumption of red wine in moderation. Would you try this?
