Raw menu, as the name suggests incorporates raw food like fruits, vegetables etc. A raw menu provides an alternative to the processes food and is natural and healthy. The main purpose behind having raw food is to eat only uncooked food and it is believed that this type of diet helps in boosting energy, improves health and also aids weight loss.
