To begin with this O.C star does not binge, she does not starve and she does not have any hunger pangs. Rachel Bilson has boldly stated, “When I’m hungry, I eat like a monster! I get so grumpy if I don’t eat. I always have things in my purse, especially candy. I love candy. But I’ll also have granola bars. I’ll be at a party and I’ll have an apple in my bag or cookies or crackers.” She is a self confessed snacker but she also loves fruits and vegetables. In fact, she would love to have an apricot or a sweet nectarine any time. One of the best things about cooking your own meal is that you have complete control of what you are about to have.
