Pizza Vending Machine...

Ok - I’ve seen some wild vending machines before but this Pizza vending machine (PVM) takes the cake... It stores 103 frozen pizzas in one part (kept at 0 to +4 degrees), when someone purchases a pie (they have 3 to choose from) the machine first scans a barcode to make sure the pizza is still within the sell by date then removes it from it’s packaging then cooks it all within 90 seconds! I want! I want many! The best part about it is that it doesn’t nuke the pizza it actually cooks it! They spent some 10 million dollars developing the machine and given all that it does I can believe it.

The pizza choices:

Margherita - Fresh tomato and tomato paste, Italian herbs, and mozzarella.

Hawaiian - Fresh tomato and tomato paste, Italian herbs, leg ham, pineapple, and mozzarella.

Supreme - Fresh tomato and tomato paste, Italian herbs, leg ham, Cacciatore salami, black olives, mushrooms, peppers, pineapple, and mozzarella.

Mexican - Fresh tomato and tomato paste, Italian herbs, cacciatore salami, peppers, onion, black olives, and mozzarella.

Meat Lovers - Fresh tomato and tomato paste, Italian herbs, leg ham, cacciatore salami, bacon, and mozzarella.

Pescatore - Fresh tomato and tomato paste, Italian herbs, mussels, anchovies, prawns, cockles, and mozzarella.

Pepperoni - Fresh tomato and tomato paste, Italian herbs, pepperoni, and mozzarella.

Salsciccias - Fresh tomato and tomato paste, Italian herbs, fennel seeds, italian fresh sausage meat, and mozzarella.

Before going into the deep freeze the pizzas are baked in a wood fired oven.

I do! First who doesn't like pizza? Ok there are some and with only being able to load 3 types in there you're not going to appease everyone but come one. Second - think about the easy and who doesn't have 90 seconds to wait for a piping hot pizza? I have no idea what the per unit cost is (for the machine or pizza) - but pizza by the slice goes for 2-3 dollars and that's usually just for cheese... There are vending machines that sell ice cream - pre made and those that will make up your mix on the spot! Think about having pizza at your finger tips! Next I want one that will doll out carrots and good things for you... :) Nikko

i just read an article in travel and leisure and they said the one they have in italy the pie sells for 5.00. As soon as I saw this machine I said we should have one here at work (along with the beer machine that checks your ID ! ) we would sell it out in a few days no problem. WOuld keep from having to leave work and get fast food :) ANy dorm,or business or even public places with large amounts of people.
