Pizza makes the world go round...
I was quite facinated to read what I found on Wikipedia regarding pizza. I had no ideas there laws being written around it... While originating as a part of Neapolitan cuisine, the dish has become popular in different parts of the world.

Pizza is one of the most popular foods in the world, and it doesn't need to be made with white flour or cheese. Pizza can be a very healthy flat bread with veggie and lean toppings!

I have even used semolina and whole wheat which gives a nice flavour and texture to pizza also. It is fun to have a pizza party and have everyone put the toppings on they want. Pizza doesn't need to always be tomato sauced, try things like a white sauce, a curry sauce, or barbecued meats with a littl extra que sauce are amazing.
Take a different ethnic approach like a Thai Basil Chickn pizza-so good!
