Pensacola Seafood Festival

The fabulous 34th annual Pensacola Seafood Festival is truly a haven for all seafood lovers. Presented by the Fiesta of Five Flags, this fest is a treat for your taste buds with an assortment of dishes from 18 carefully chosen food vendors bordering the park. Relish foods such as grilled conch, soft shell crabs, bang bang shrimp, seafood gumbo, oyster croquettes, coconut shrimp, Caribbean crab cakes and so much more.

Entertainment

With more than 180 arts and crafts vendors, the Pensacola Seafood Festival is also one of the largest arts and crafts fairs in Northwest Florida. Live musical performances by local and regional acts will be held throughout the three day event in Fountain Park adjacent to Seville Square.

In addition to seafood, entertainment, and arts and crafts vendors, the Pensacola Seafood Festival offers a number of additional activities throughout the weekend. The Fiesta Seafood Grille will comprise of cooking demonstrations in Seville Square near the gazebo. Join Energy Services of Pensacola as they showcase local chefs who share their tips and tricks for preparing your favorite delectable cuisine highlighting the use of fresh seafood. If you are looking for something involving some physical activity, you can participate in the Pensacola Seafood Festival 5K Run/Walk.

Another entertaining event held at the Pensacola Seafood festival is the Splash Dogs Competition. This involves dock jumping for dogs which is quickly turning into one of America's most popular outdoor events. Dogs will compete for distance, diving from a dock into a 25 foot pool. Any dog/handler team can enter this event.

If you are here with kids, there is plenty of stuff to keep them busy as well. Take them to the children's area in Bartram Park to enjoy fun-filled activities intended with them in mind. The park will be open Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The famous Candy Cannon will be shooting out  candy Saturday and Sunday to indulge your sweet cravings.

Indulge in some artistic activities like hands-on crafts including sand art and mullet painting.  You can even try your hand at rock climbing; there will be inflatable human hamster balls and free activities such as group game, the giant parachute and a bubble tower.
