Before computers, pda's, blackberries and the marvels of modern tehnology
Chefs had to keep bulky cookbooks and notebooks in the
Kitchen to have recipes on hand. Still I keep basic recipes on hands so my brigade of cooks can keep most things consistent, but I also like to keep little cheet sheets like these around so when we get last minute dessert orders and parties that need a variety of petit fours, we have this little cluster of recipes on hand
