Welcome to the new series "Healthy Living with ifood.tv". I'm your host, Diane Lang. This show is dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. Each week we will give healthy lifestyle tips. We will have guest experts including: Personal trainers, Yoga instructors, massage therapists and a reiki specialist. I'm a Psychotherapist and life coach. Between myself and my guests we will help you make healthy lifestyle changes everyweek.This week I want to hear from you, "The viewer"

Hi Diane: This is going to be an exciting series. it is something i really look forward to. To answer your questions: What are your Unhealthy Habits? Irregular meal times, no breakfast. Lack of exercise. Is fast food part of your daily diet? No, its not   If we did a suprise visit to your home, what would we find in the kitchen? I dont keep much in the kitchen because I know I will end up eating it. I keep very limited vegetables. I have started to cook a little with the help of videos on ifood. The problem is that I think I will cook but I end up eating outside. Are you willing to be part of a healthy lifestyle makeover?  Yes I am all for it. The problematic time is around 6ish when I get back from work. That time I jsut get very hungry and grab whatever I can set my eyes and hands on.  Again, thank you for taking this initiative. I really look forward to this. Cheers to a great start.

Well this sounds like a very interesting opportunity to get into healthy lifestyle. What do you mean by "are you willing to be a part of healthy lifestyle makeover" ? What will I have to do? Answers to your questions are following. My unhealthy habits are irregular sleeping and eating pattern. I have a weakness for sweet food. You will find lots of chocolate and other sweeties in my kitchen. Looking forward to your video segment and your advice.

Irregular meals, lots of take out (little time to cook) Is fast food part of your daily diet? Maybe not daily but definitely weekly. If we did a suprise visit to your home, what would we find in the kitchen? Lots of snacks, I try to keep around healthy snacks too (like carrots).  The hardest part of cooking is having the foresight and the time to go grocery shopping ahead of time to have all the ingredients on hand.  Are you willing to be part of a healthy lifestyle makeover? Sure, if it's possible without my having to sacrifice too much flexibility or time in my schedule.
