A closed elevator, a cocktail party, an awkward silent moment, there are many reasons to look for natural remedies for gas and bloating, so that all of these special moments don’t become embarrassments! So many times we tend to smell foul play! Or feel like a pompous windbag but not due to anything good, but the irritating feeling of the bloat! - High protein Diet- This was quite a new one to me, cause my sister was going crazy on the crash diet- all protein week, but there was immense amount of bloating that she was experiencing. We asked my mum why this was happening. Being a nutritionist, she outlined the natural remedies for gas and bloating and explained that proteins that contains sulphur compounds lead to odorous flatulence due to the metabolic activities. SO, the best natural remedy here was to have a detox diet, to clean the system.
