The show held at McCormick’s place in Chicago was a great success. Food, beverages and cookwares jostled for attention and there was even a demonstration of ice sculpting being given by a guy who hacked away at it with a chainsaw. You can certainly ask around before the event occurs next year and obtain a couple of free passes to this spectacular and educative show held in Chicago. However, remember to leave your kids at home as no one under the age of 16 is allowed in. Hope you have a great time as me at the National Restaurant Show, next year. Cheers!
