Here I am posting a delicious Mughlai Lunch Menu. Mughlai cuisine comes from the kitchens of the Mughal Empire. This cuisine is predominant in North India. It has a strong influence of Muslim Cooking. The Cuisine is spicy and has a distinctive Indian aroma and taste of ground and whole spices.

I love Awadhi cuisine of Lucknow the old style Mughlai cuisine. When I want to prepare a special meal I pick a menu from this rea. It will take me all day to prepare this meal, but it is so worth it. Shanti/Mary-Anne
