MOUSSE OF APPLE WITH HORTELÂ
Ingredients: 2 clear 5 spoons, of soup, natural yoghurt 3 spoons, soup, honey 6 twigs of mint 1 spoon, soup, sugar mascavo 750g green apple 
Preparation:
It peels apples and cut them in slices. It places in a pan, together with 2 spoons, of soup, water. It joins the mint twigs, it covers the pan and it leaves to cook in low fire per 15 minutes. It removes the twigs of mint and pass the apples, already cozidas, in the liquidificador. It leaves to cool. It has beaten the clear ones in snow, with the sugar mascavo. It mixes the honey and the yoghurt to the apple cream, mixing well e, then after that, mixes the clear ones in snow, delicately. It serves in individual goblets.
