Moroccan Crepes

Prep: 15 minutes Stand: 30 minutes
Cook: 3 minutes per Crêpe
Makes: 15-20 Moroccan Crêpes

Ingredients:
For the Crêpes:
1 1/2 cups of semolina flour
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pack of yeast
4 1/2 cups of warm water
1 egg (optional)

For the Sauce:
Butter – quantity as desired
Honey – quantity as desired

Steps:
To make the Crêpes:
1- Mix all the ingredients together.
2- Slowly add warm water and keep mixing until the batter has a liquid consistency.
3- Put the batter in the food processor and blend for 30 seconds.
4- Let mixture set in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
5- On low heat in a warm pancake pan, cook the pancakes a couple of minutes on one side only. Holes will form at the top.

To make the Sauce:
6- Melt the butter in the pan and add the honey.
7- Dip the crêpes in the sauce and they are ready to serve!

Note: These Crêpes are delicious when accompanied with Moroccan tea.

These Moroccan Crepes sound delicious ! I must try them. Can you just cook them on the pan without using any medium like butter or oil for cooking ?
