Michelle Is In Perfect Shape For Her New First Lady Role!
Michelle Obama not just plays a role model of the First Lady out there, in fact, it was surprising when I invented she had a pretty long array of diet followers too.
Many a times, Michelle was spotted in her trend-setting bright sleeveless attires, showing off her well-sculptured arms; but, that makes me feel she is somewhat on the sporty side and not sexy!
So for all those who wish to stay sporty, fit and happy, there’s no harm in blinding following her exercise routine – well, which is reportedly rather impressive.
Unlike the certain other busy women, Michelle finds it rather indulging to set aside time for a proper diet and regular exercise – must be the secret behind her long, sturdy stature! Apart from these, she makes it a point to visit the gym at least 3 times a week and spend at least an hour doing fitness exercise under her trainer. Above all, Michelle works out because she finds it the best way to de-stress and with an ipod plugged onto her ears, she enjoys every bit of it.
