Megan Fox Ditches Extreme Diet: Gains Weight Finally!
Finally, Megan Fox ditches extreme diet and gains weight! This 25 year old Transformers actress weighed just about 47 kilos with a waistline of an 8-year old, all this was just until 4 months ago. Her shrinking weight and waist gave the media a lot to talk about, but now she has 'shushed' them up with her healthy weight gain.
Megan Fox said, "For a year and a half, until about four months ago, I followed a strict vegan diet based on raw fruits and vegetables, no bread, sugar and coffee. But I had lost too much weight.” Apart from this, this actress has also been associated with extreme diets in the past, like the Vinegar diet and the Paleo diet. These diets too could have robbed her of her curves.
"So now I eat a bit of everything. And I train three times a week doing circuit training with my trainer Harley Pasternak," she said. I have written about Megan Fox's diet before and I was one of the people who called her 'anorexic' and 'has an eating disorder'. But very recently, her trainer and diet expert Harley Pasternak dissed out the entire notion by saying, "Believe it or not she has this really fast metabolism. With her it's really about she's eating enough of the right things. People thought 'Oh she must be anorexic,' but she's far from that!"
As per the 5-Factor Diet, Megan Fox eats 5 small meals a day. “She is to eat five small meals a day which include the five dietary factors including healthy fats, lean protein, fiber, and a non-sugar drink. If she needs to snack between meals then she has the 5-Factor chips, which keeps her satiated between meals," said Harley Pasternak. Some of her favorite recipes include the 5-Factor French toast, oatmeal pancakes, and pizza.
And lucky for Megan Fox, her husband Brian Austin Green also follows the 5-Factor Workout and the 5-Factor Diet. After all it takes two to Tango!
Megan Fox's need to gain back the weight was because she wanted her body to reflect who she is. A late realization but it is better late than never, eh?
