People want to know all about the Mariah Carey diet again. Why? Mariah Carey, 41, has been dropping off some serious pounds after the birth of her twins Moroccan and Monroe. This Grammy Award winning singer said that it was particularly difficult being pregnant with twins. "My body went through so much. I was so uncomfortable," she explained. "I'm kind of proud of myself. I really am!” Earlier, she had also confessed that during her pregnancy, the twins did not leave much space in her stomach to have a great appetite. Things are however returning slowly back to normal now. Let's take a closer look at what Mariah Carey is doing these days to get back in shape.

The media has been quick to dub Mariah Carey's post pregnancy diet as the 'Ocean diet' because she was recently seen in a swimsuit, showing her slimmer figure. Mariah Carey has always loved to swim and she recently tweeted with a photograph saying, “Ocean work out! It's been a loooong time since I've been in the ocean." It has also been noted that she takes her five dogs out for long walks during the weekdays. So, it is safe to speculate that she has some sort of fitness regimen in place but she is definitely taking things in her own pace. She has done some water aerobics in the past, so she might get back to that too.
Mariah Carey has said that her husband Nick Cannon has given her a taste for good food. So when it comes to her diet, Mariah Carey is probably just sticking to portion control, because she is a self confessed curvy girl who loves to eat. "I don't feel like you have to be a size zero. We should all just embrace who we are physically. I'm not supposed to be a stick figure girl. It's just not me," she said.
