Can you beat that! Marcello Bedoni, one of Europe’s leading tenors was invited to Lancashire by Mr Frederick’s to serenade to his cows! The reason is not as insane as the idea! Mr Frederick is trying to re-launch a 100 year old italian ice cream brand, by mimicking the exact family recipe of gelato created by his grandfather!

According to the creator of the original gelato recipe, Mr Antonio Federici, an extra creamy gelato can only be produced from endorphin rich milk. Now the question was how can one get such milk! It dint take Mr Antonio much time to figure out that a happy cow in a happy environment will boost the production  of rich milk. Along came the brilliant idea to sing his favorite songs to make the cows happy! And then there was creamy gelato!!

All for the sake of Gelato

Anyways, Telegraph reports that Mr Bedoni seems to be pleased to sing for the ‘gentle’ cows that according to him have “an ear for opera!” I doubt if the cows are gonna give in to the music but I am willing to give into some good creamy gelato. So for the sake of gelato, I hope it goes well!!
