The Mallika Sherawat jalebi is making news waves. Did you know that on June 14, 2011, she was in Mumbai making very hot jalebis? Why? Was she planning to save the world, one jalebi at a time? Has she decided to give up her acting career and to get into the lucrative jalebi trade? Not exactly! Well, she flew down to Mumbai to promote her upcoming movie, Double Dhamaal. Moreover, as a part of the hullabaloo, she made hot 'garma garam' jalebis for everyone who had come to the promotional event. Ms. Sherawat has apparently done a sexy little item song aptly titled as 'Jalebi Bai'.
The director of the movie Indra Kumar jokingly said that it is going to be a hot jalebi and a hot Mallika. Amen to that! Apparently, when they were shooting the track, they used to order 25 kilos of jalebis every day, because each day was so festive. The yummy jalebis were irresistible even to the diet conscious Mallika Sherawat or so it seems. Mallika Sherawat is excited about her song in the movie and has been tweeting non-stop about it. Maybe she is excited about jalebis in general.
Mallika Sherawat has also been telling the world that she is keen in feeding jalebis to the world's most powerful person, Barack Obama himself. She had the opportunity to meet President Obama during the shoot of her another upcoming film - Politics of Love: Barack, and she has been going ga ga about the man. Oh! I almost forgot. She also wants to feed the Prime Minister of India. Hmm...
Well, I don't know what-the-jalebi is running in Mallika Sherawat's head, but I can give you the Mallika Sherawat jalebi recipe.
