Because of my brother who lives in Los Angeles, I got a chance to go to the Los Angeles Food Festival last year in the month of October. I had a wonderful experience there which I am going to share with you through this blog.

World Class Cuisines
 

There are tons of delicious snacks and other food items everywhere that we looked. Plenty of famous Los Angeles restaurants have participated in the food festival, serving up variety of dishes for the visitors to sample and enjoy. You can enjoy the dishes which are freshly cooked at mini kitchens on site and served up at a very reasonable price. There were more than hundred chefs who were leading the demonstrations, seminars, lunches, dinners and dedicated after hours events featuring tastings from over three hundred premier international wineries. One can see many renowned chefs during this food festival such as Chris Galvin, Pascal Aussignac or Alex Chow.

Have a drink

Special drink academies also remain open throughout the festival. You can have a glass of wine or Champagne for a refreshing sip before heading back to the kitchens for more food.
 

Food, friends and fun
 

You can enjoy an interactive experience where guests will team up to cook their own dinner under the tutelage of Chef Dewey LoSasso and partner with Bacardi’s master mixologist Gary Hayward to make their own cocktails.
 

Entertainment Stage

For the entertainment purpose, there are many popular bands and artists who come and perform live at the festival. This is the best chance to see your favorite artist performing live.
 

These are just a few unique activities which you can enjoy in the Los Angeles food festival. This was my first time at this event and I am really happy to say that I was very impressed. It was a relaxing and fun atmosphere to have some scrumptious food, unique wine along with some interesting fun-filled activities.
