 here is a tip for cooking of [lettuce doll salad], at home,ingredients required given, below;-

       LETTUCE  DOLL  SALAD.

 Ingredients;--100 gms. french beans [chopped], 2 lagre carrots[chopped], 100 gms.shelled peas,  3/4 kg. potatoes[boiled,peeled and mashed with salt to taste], 2 lettuce heads, 1 cucumber, 1 sweet lime, salt and pepper to taste,  2 cups mayonnaise,  1/4 cup milk,and 1 tomato.

boil french beans,carrots and peas.Make a mound of mashed potatoes in the centre of a-salad platter. Make a hole in the centre and put in a small polythene doll. arrange lettuce leaves around the mashed potatoes and fix with toothpicks to look like a skirt. mix boiled vegetables, chopped cucumber and  sweet lime with mayonnaise and milk, add salt and pepper and mix well. arrange this salad in a ring around the potato mound. decorate with sliced tomato.
