Let's face it, the Holiday season is the season where most of us put on a couple of pounds. So, learn these best Holiday diet tips to smart eating. During the Holidays, food and love are always in excess. Friends and family take it personally when you do not eat the food that they made. We get emotionally compromised and become obliged to eat the food being offered. If this is not the case, some of us indulge the 'mega-gluttonous' foodie in us by simply over eating. So, does this mean that we have to succumb to the unwanted Holiday weight gain? No, not really. Not as long as you have these diet tips for the Holidays. Why? 1.Stay Focused

If you are at a party, be determined that you will stay away from the creamy, cheesy and other fatty foods. 2.Drink a glass of water

This is one of the best Holiday diet tips because drinking water before every meal helps you to lose weight. So drink a glass of water about 8 ounces, wait for 30 minutes and then eat your meal.

                                                                                          

3.Go easy on that alcohol.

Listen champ, you know what alcohol does. It helps you gain a lot of unwanted, empty calories and top it all up you might have a nasty hangover. And yes, stay away from that eggnog. Eat only fruits and vegetables for a couple of days.
