Lara Bingle the 24 year old Australian swimsuit model's reported 5 kilogram increase in weight had been gathering a lot of negative over the past few months. But the 168cm tall model made it very clear that she was happy to have her curves highlighted. Besides she said that her body is subject to “change” over a period of time.
             

"I am a woman. What they used to compare me to was when I was 19, I'm now 24. We all change. I'm sure I'm going to change again from now until I'm 30, 30 to 40. That's just life and I'm embracing it," she told The Daily Telegraph. Lara Bingle has been made as a brand ambassador for weight loss company Eat Fit Food, and she said, "I've been a loving food addict of Eat Fit Food for over three years now."
           

While the reason for her weight gain is still speculated, Lara Bingle said that her weight gain is because of her healthier diet. "I used to eat so badly when I was younger - lots of hot chips and pies - and I think it's all caught up with me. I eat so much better now, and stick to a high-protein, low-carb diet, but it's like the healthier I am the bigger I am. I'm proud of my body and how I look and this image is testament to that,” she said in an interview The Sunday Telegraph.

In an attempt to shut down her weight gain critics, she said, "You can never win. It is unfortunate that I'm their topic of being fat this week; maybe in a few weeks I will be too thin.”
