Macaroni and cheese is one of the great comfort foods of America. My brothers are opposites in terms of their eating habits; one is a voracious eater who will devour anything you set in front of him, while the other is much pickier and demanding. This dish had to satisfy both of them, which is not an easy task.                                                                                                                                                                                                             

The cooking process was simple enough. The package comes with noodles, seasoning mix, cheese sauce and breadcrumb topping.                                                                                                                                                            

First you boil water, and then add the noodles, which take less than 10 minutes to cook. After draining the pasta and setting it aside, you melt butter and milk in another saucepan. Then you add the seasoning mix and the cheese sauce, and heat the sauce until it thickens.All that’s left afterwards is to mix the pasta and sauce together, and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top. You can even pop it in the oven for a few minutes to create an oven-baked finish. I decided to skip this last step, because my brothers could no longer hold back their appetites.
