Ever since Simon Cowell stepped aside from The X Factor UK, everything feels a little renewed, especially the energy. The newest X Factor judge and former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland is all set to take things a notch higher than her fellow judges. This 30 year old American R&B and Hip Hop singer wants to put all the X Factor finalists through strict diet and exercise regimes. It is all set to be a Bootcamp a la Kelly with 'military style' workouts!

Insiders say that Kelly Rowland not only wants their voices sounding good, but also wants her fledgling singers to look good too. The show which is all set to start off in October 2011, will have Kelly Rowland keeping an hawk-eye's over the contestants' fitness.

A source told The Mirror, “Kelly wants to encourage her acts to get into the best possible shape for the show and behave like professionals right from the off. She wants to keep a close eye  on what they’re eating, too, so she will be advising them on nutrition. There won’t be any fast food snacking in Kelly’s camp.” Kelly Rowland will also be following her own 'military style' workouts because she wants to lead by example.

Kelly Rowland who has roped in Beyoncé, P. Diddy and Usher to help her select her finalists during the judges' house stage wants to make sure that her whole act(including the diet monitoring) is a sure-fire hit.

          
“Kelly will teach by example and plans to show her girls how to behave like a true star – even when it comes to deciding what to eat,” concluded the source.

               
As for the rest of us, all we can do is just wait and watch.
