Kellan LutzTwilight movie series changed it all for Kellan Lutz and made him a 'woman-magnet', so we need look at the Kellan Lutz diet. Remember Rosalie's favorite 'monkey man' Emmett Cullen from Twilight series? I knew you would. That is the 26 year old Kellan Lutz. He grew up in Arizona where nobody really takes off their shirts at the given opportunity. So he says that, he never knew by having 6 pack abs he would be considered as sexy by women. (Hell yeah!) But now he does. Let's check out his diet.

 

Kellan Lutz Diet:

Kellan Lutz has always led a very active life. He loves skateboarding, weight training, track, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, swimming, tennis, racquetball, badminton, snow skiing, snowboarding, dance, and numerous other activities. It is almost unbelievable when you hear about the number of things that he enjoys doing, but it is true. He does not like doing just one activity and that is why you see the variety. However he does hit the gym at least 4 times a week. He starts with 5 minutes of cardio and then goes on to do some core exercises. Kellan Lutz secret to getting 'em 6 packs is to target separate muscle groups. He works them to exhaustion using both his body weight and dumbbells. And because he gets bored easily, he sometimes goes running with his pet husky and also swims several laps.

 

Kellan Lutz was a guy who could eat 10 tacos at one go. But he has changed has eating habits and now it is more healthy. He eats meals with a lot of protein. Kellan Lutz eats 6 to 7 small meals during the day and that keeps the metabolism high. To keep his metabolism revving even when he's sleeping, Lutz eats a hard-boiled egg right before bed. He eating an egg before hitting the sack is still news to me but I guess that works for him.

If you have the time like Kellan Lutz, please feel free to indulge in a gazillion physical activities. Otherwise, hitting the gym 3 to 4 days a week and doing moderate workouts for 45 minutes per session will keep you fit for a long time to come. And also eat meals with lot of lean protein and whole grain carbs to aid the process of getting those washboard abs. Mazel Tov!
