Keeping Bell Peppers Crisp!

Here's a little tip to keep your Bell Peppers Crisper for a longer period of time.
When you are using a Bell Pepper to make a meal and you have some left over, don't cut out the white core of the Pepper. Leave it In.
The White core will absorb any mositure that will occur from cutting the pepper, therefore keeping the meaty part crisp.
Place the remaining pepper in a zip lock bag and pop it back in the fridge. This should help keep your Bell Pepper Crisp till your next use.
