Celebrity Diet - Karolina KurkovaWe all know the hot Karolina Kurkova as the Victoria's Secret Angel, and in this blog I'm going to be writing about the Karolina Kurkova diet. After all, who wouldn't want to look that hot! She has been in the beauty and modeling business for a long time, and she has now figured out what kind of food works for her. Karolina Kurkova is also a mother of a baby boy and she looks fabulous. I was also curious as to how she lost all the baby fat after her pregnancy. Let's take a look.

The Karolina Kurkova Diet:

Karolina Kurkova eats healthy organic foods as much as possible. She also hopes to set the right kind of example for all the girls out there, as she also feels that there are many misconceptions about one's body image. “A lot of these girls don’t know how to take care of themselves. They have misconceptions that to be a size zero, you can’t eat or you can only have things that are really plain and boring. I definitely can’t live on lettuce and water! I’m very organic; I like to eat natural foods and exercise. You really have to take care of yourself from within. This was an important message for me to get across, especially when I heard that the girls were eating fried Oreos—and they wondered why their skin was so bad! When you eat well, you feel good, and that shows.”

This 5'11” tall model loves to cook as much as possible. Kurkova said that she likes to cook healthy meals with quinoa and brown rice. She makes herself fresh nut milk or green fruit smoothies and has them as snacks.

Karolina Kurkova lost all that baby weight quickly because she did not gain much weight even during pregnancy. She kept herself very active when she was pregnant. She used to walk about a lot, and  do pilates and yoga. She has also worked with the celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, and said that it was a lot of fun working out with her. “It's a bit of a mishmash of everything. A little ballet, a lot of dancing, funk cardio,” Kurkova said.

If only all the women had their heads above their shoulders, and had a healthy body image of themselves, the world would definitely be a better place to live in. Eat healthy food, stay away from junk food, drink a lot of water and exercise regularly – that is the moral of the story.
