Month of July is marked by several food celebrations like the 4th of July as ST. Patrick`s Day, which is enjoyed and cherished for its gourmet fruits and vegetable treats. To widen your horizon, let me tell you some of seasonal fruits and vegetables which are special offerings of July month to be cherished. Also, we will add a touch of glamor to it, by laying down an awesome display of recipes made out of them.

You can divide your month into four weeks, and plan deliberately the menu with all sorts of appetizers, and main course dishes.

 

Week 1

July menuYou can have Asparagus stews, and soups. Make lettuce sandwiches for brunch menu. Tag it with raspberry juice.

Make Asparagus crepes by tossing, mixing, and blending butter, flour, asparagus, and serve it with hot and spicy tomato sauce.

A week of grains, greens and pastas, cook rice, make it appealing by adding all the greens, like peas, lettuce, and capsicum. You can have it with lentil soup, or asparagus sauce.

 

Week 2

July menuHere you could include strawberry jam and green toast. Bake some strawberry pies, and cookies, for that evening breeze out.

Relish pickled red radish treat. Include the mushroom sauce, and pickled radish rice during supper time.

Enjoy the tantalizers like Kale with baked bacon, which could turn out to be a true gourmet dish.

 

Week 3

July MenuMake it a complete green week. Include garlic and asparagus scrapes, Barbecued Asian green dish, Grilled garlic plate, or try some eggs with your favorite green sauce.

You can make some fish recipes for perfect night dinner. Try some smoked Trout Pasta Salads, with steamed rice. Have some side dish like Peas, and Prosciutto dish.

Get some stir fried garlic, and couple it with Zucchini Blossoms. For breakfast, have raisin bread, with caramelized pancakes.

 

Week 4

Get experimental this last week of the month. Experiment with grilled beans, and pickled garlic dish.

Cook some mushrooms, and add some creamy chive, and asparagus dressing to it. Make red onion dish to relish with avocado soups.

You can always have chilled cucumber soup with some high appealing green cocktails.
