Presenting Jose Garces, the Next Iron Chef!

Jose Garces is crowned the winner of The Next Iron Chef this Sunday at the Kitchen Stadium of the Food Network amidst great fanfare and standing ovation. When the fans of Jehangir Metha, the New York Chef, was hoping for the best, Jose Garces’ supporters already knew that he is all worth the supreme culinary title, “The Iron Chef”!

The final challenge exposed Jose Garces and Metha to spread a five-course delicious meal, with the secret ingredient “ribs” used in all dishes.

Garces victory as the Iron Chef was almost predictable with his knowledge in the restaurant business and everyday competition with his rival players. Garces admits that it was a tough time for him to stay away from his restaurants for the entire length of this hit series, but he did enjoy his share of fun and could learn a lot from his fellow cooks, which he sees as an experience of lifetime.

Well, life after winning the Iron Chef title is sure gonna be a bed of roses for this brilliant chef and his family; however, for a workaholic like Jose Garces, this does not put an end to his culinary journey, rather he prefers to get back to his restaurants for more challenges and yes, prefers to take some time off for holidays. Well, that’s something he deserves!
