Jonah Hill's Weight Loss Secret

Funny man Jonah Hill's weight loss secret is simpler than we all thought. It is called sheer determination! Jonah Hill, 27, who became popular after acting in successful movies like Knocked Up, Superbad, and Get Him To The Greek, had been on the heavier size all his life. However, he had to lose weight for his role in 21 Jump Street also starring Channing Tatum.
This comic spark showed up last month at the MTV Video Music Awards. People were thrilled to see a really slimmed down Jonah Hill cracking a few jokes with fans and supporters. Jonah Hill at the time of shooting 21 Jump Street had a goal weight of 30 pounds to shed. The actor told Us Weekly that he wasn't exactly sure of how much he shed. But going by the increasingly thinner public appearances of his, he is sure to have lost 40 pounds; 10 pounds more that he had originally bargained for.
Jonah Hill's weight loss journey began with a single “thought that it was important to be healthier.” So he hired a nutritionist and trainer with whom he worked closely. The weight came off more or less easily report sources. The nutritionist ensured that a balance was brought into his eating habits and he was made to cut out on all the junk food. The trainer created special workouts to help him lose weight the correct way. Jonah Hill said, "It's not fun, I wouldn't say it's the most fun endeavor I've ever took on in my life -- but it's important. And I'm enjoying it. If I eat something unhealthy now, I kind of feel a little weird and my body hurts."
So it safe to say that our favorite comedian lost weight by sheer determination and with old school methods; healthy eating and working out regularly. But he assures that it not going change his comic acts. “[My weight] doesn’t define me in any way,” he said. A very slimmed down Jonah Hill will be appearing alongside Brad Pitt in the baseball movie 'Moneyball' this September 23rd.
