When it comes to exercising under this program, all she had to do was to spend 25 minutes exercising everyday. I support the 5 Factor Fitness openly because I find it sensible and doable. The Weight Watchers program is also good but it is not exactly pocket friendly. Jennifer Hudson makes it all look easy because she has a very supportive bank account that paid for her personal weight loss support group. But apart from that I am really impressed with how she has lost 80 pounds.
