This article will show why not everyone can follow the Jennifer Aniston's diet.
Secret Revealed
Jennifer Aniston’s personal chefs, sisters Jewels and Jill Elmore have revealed the secret of Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award winner that the actress follows a low-carb diet – a creation of biochemist Dr. Barry Sears, which is popularly called as the Zone Diet. Sears says consuming carbohydrates, protein and fat in a balanced ratio of 40:30:30 can make you fit, slim and healthy. However, it is important to choose healthy foods in right sized portions.
Nutritionists Say
The health experts are not convinced with Sears’ Zone Diet. Nutritionist Naini Setalvad do not consider cutting down on carbs for weight loss as a good thing since carbohydrates are important source of energy. Carbs can be taken from grains (20%), fruits and vegetables (80%). According to consultant dietician Dr Sunita, an average adult and active woman must take up to 2,500 calories per day, 60% of which should come from carbohydrates.
Jennifer Aniston’s diet not for everyone
Not everyone can start a Jennifer Aniston’s diet – especially those who are pregnant, breast-feeding or on certain medications. If you are unhealthy in any term - Jennifer Aniston’s diet is not for you.
Foods Not Filling
Jennifer Aniston’s diet items are tasty but not very filling and you must need to eat after every five hours – otherwise you will start starving. This is because not everyone can have lots of water in her daily meals like actress Jennifer Aniston. Low-carb diet in some cases can also be harmful because of increase in protein intake, which puts pressure on your liver and can even damage it.
Changes Lifestyle
Time is another factor, as regular women with children and without any personal chef may not have the time to prepare fancy dish every night for dinner. It will also completely change your lifestyle. Zone diet followers must understand that a person gradually loses weight in a healthy way – this is no quick-fix overnight diet plan.
If you are ready to give up foods like jelly, donuts and pork, which are considered high-fat foods – only then think of following the Jennifer Aniston’s diet – otherwise it is not for you.
