Jenni 'JWoww' Farley, Sheds Weight, Flaunts On Jersey Shore Season 4
The fourth season premiere of Jersey Shore that aired very recently had a very slimmed down JWoww. So the hot news is that Jenni 'JWoww' Farley, 25, has shed a lot more weight than how she was in December 2010. Some people even argue that their favorite 'guidette' is skinny now!
The speculated reason behind Jwoww's slim down is her 'bodybuilder' boyfriend and trainer. She said that he has given some perspective into how she should be eating. In a interview with the Us Magazine, JWoww said that for breakfast, she has egg white omelet, a slice of wheat toast, vegetables and some coffee. For lunch she eats, grilled chicken with salad, avocado, walnuts and blue cheese. For dinner, this Jersey shore actress eats 9 pieces of salmon or tuna sashimi, spicy tuna roll and miso soup. As snacks, she munches on steamed broccoli with fresh mozzarella or drinks vanilla protein shake with peanut butter and banana. This doesn't mean that the beloved busty guidette of Jersey Shore has given up on the junk food. “I’ll still eat junk food, cheesecake, cheese, pizza, but just lower amounts of it. It’s for overall health and for feeling good about yourself,” she told in that very same interview.
Now that JWoww has got it she is flaunts it. She hits the gym 5 times a week, thanks to her 'big time' bodybuilder boyfriend-trainer. She does 30 to 60 minutes of cardio on the elliptical or treadmill or the StairMaster. “And then he puts me on the floor and we do free weights. He teaches me the right way to work out,” she said. Honestly, that 'puts me on the floor' bit, sounds very kinky.
