Japan Airlines To Serve KFC In Air
KFC is going to be served on the holiday flights of Japan Airlines, taking air-dining to a new level. The fast food chain has signed a tie-up with the Airlines under which fast-food chicken would be made available to passengers traveling from Tokyo to eight US and European destinations. This arrangement is only for the holiday flights.
The KFC meal in air, comprising of a drumstick, chicken breast, flat bread, coleslaw, and ‘special mayonnaise,’ would be served on ‘Air Kentucky Trays’. The meal would be available on holiday flights flying out of the Narita Airport between December 1, 2012 and February 28, 2013. The meal would be served during the second mealtime in the premium-economy and economy-class sections of the planes traveling to New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, Boston, London, and Frankfurt.
Japanese have shown that they are mad about American fast food but this is going to be the first time that they would serve fast food on flights traveling to America and Europe.
