Jackie Warner Diet Tips:

Jackie says that fat is not the enemy but sugar is. 9 grams of sugar is ideal for a meal of 400 calories. A lot of us crave for sugar because we consume refined sugar. It suppresses our immune system and puts us in a constant state of fatigue. Research links food additives that are present in many diet products with increased sugar and carb cravings. Eating fruits and vegetables everyday will help prevent the sugar craving.

To get back in shape, one has to first throw away all the junk food at home to resist the cravings. Start to stock up your house with healthy, nutrient filled foods (low sugar fruit/veggies/lean protein and a multivitamin). Soon your body will begin to reject the processed sugar. Skipping meals and starvation never really helps. When you skip meals, you blood sugar level drops and instead of burning fat, your body will start storing fat. Eating small meals throughout the day is a good idea. Drink plenty of water to burn calories as well as keep the body free of toxins.

Jackie strongly believes that crunches are a waste of time, because they will only help you build muscle under the midsection fat but not lose the fat. The only way to get a toned midsection is resistance training along with a healthy diet. Doing weights is the fastest way to lose weight along with intensity cardio.
