Indian Lunch Menu courtsey Snigdha - Master Food diary
Today, I decided to try absolutley delicious home style recipes posted by Snigdha. I am glad that I did. It was one of the best lunch (and dinner leftover) I ever had. Well balanced from taste and nutrition point of view too. Rice gave Carbohydrate, Dal Protien, Lauki minerals, Aloo fry was primarily for flavor and watermelon smoothie for soothing. Snigdha thank you very much. What alternative menus do you suggest?
