Mango shake

submitted by sonali at ifood.tv

What better way to start than Times of India featured Mango Shake prepared with $20per lb "Langra" Mango imported from India. Well I went with aloo paratha it was similar to one of Sonali with one diff that it was not tandoori. One day I will try tandoori at home taking cue from Vikas Khanna, but for now non-tandoori is equally good.

Bhindi is my favorite. I have posted one Bhindi recipe myself too. But Sonali's Bhidi has a class to it.

I gave serious thoughts to preparing Achari shimla mirchi aloo but finally went with Matar Paneer as Paratha already had aloo. Shimla mirch (Capscium) I will try some other day.

Being an American who does not know any of these languages, it would help me out a great sum to give an english translation to these dishes aside from the mango shake. Thanks
