OK guys after a nice vacation over the holidays i'm back and in full swing, i've came up with a recipe for banana butterfinger cheesecake that i'll be adding within the next few days. i tried it out on my dinner guests on New Years Eve and it went over great, i now have several fans of my cheesecake. also i'll be coming back with episodes of smokin chefs for 2008 that will include how to prepare and smoke wild game. i'll be fixing up a quail recipe that'll make your chops water. i Hope everyones holidays were what you expected and i hope everyone got what they wanted. 2008 looks to be a great year for fun instructional episodes of Smokin Chefs.
