I’ve Changed From Tea to Green Tea. Have You?

It was recently that I slipped into this habit, although there was a time when I couldn’t even think of kicking off my mornings without the refreshing smell of a brimming cup of hot tea right there at my side table!

After having read many times and heard from some of my peers of the goodness-packed stories of Green Tea, it didn’t require me to give it a second though to shift from tea to green tea.

First I couldn’t believe the miracles, a spoon or more of such dried leaves can work on me – I though they must be really exaggerating the fact. Yes, I admit I was wrong; but the truth is that the richness of anti-oxidants in green tea works to inhibit the looming bacterial problems in mouth, it can help lower cholesterol levels and to my surprise, it aids weight-loss too. The presence of polyphenol, a powerful anti-oxidant, takes the credit of making Green Tea, a medicinal tea.

You better not take it too lightly when I say, Green Tea can protect you from cancer! What’s more? Things like anti-aging and glowing ski, come as added advantage. Whether it prevents the occurrence of these ailments or it helps fight it, Green Tea has just good to offer you.

I think I have dished out enough and more of reasons for you to join the Green Tea bandwagon, although, there are lot more to go! It does not ask for anything special; just drink 4-5 cups of Green Tea, instead of the normal tea or coffee you love. I agree, it takes you at least a week’s time to like the taste of it. But don’t bother, coz’ Green Tea does only good and no harm! If you take normal tea a little strong, yes, then you would definitely like Green Tea. If you felt the first glass you prepared was too strong for your palate then next time sit with a BIG MUG and half the amount of Green Tea powder you used the other day. It should just be fine. If you are too choosy, now market has flavored Green Tea packets too; try to pick one of those.

But REMEMBER to HAVE GREEN TEA WITHOUT MILK.

Hi Radzie, Yes, Green tea highly anti-oxidant, makes us more acive to start our day. Also green tea tastes best without milk only as it tingles our mind with that bitter tea taste.
