These juices also help by making urine more acidic, thus preventing the spread of bacteria and controls urine odor. It is also recommended to drink plenty of water, which is the best way to hydrate our body.
It is suggested to drink at least six to eight 8-ounce glasses of fluid every day. Pregnant women are suggested to drink at least 4-litres of water a day, other than other fluids necessary for her and her baby. If you drink less, your urine might become concentrated and irritate your bladder. So, don’t forget to drink lots of water.
To further ease an overactive bladder, one should avoid drinking a lot of fluid at a time. Sip two or three ounces every 20 to 30 minutes between meals.
