So, during the Festival of Lights, 'deeps', or oil lamps, are burned throughout the day and into the night to ward off darkness and evil. Diwali is a time for family gatherings, food, celebration and pooja. A nice blog by u after a long time. Really miss colorfull sweets of dipawli made by sugar in my childhood that was in shape of all animals. And Laddoo and mathri also the part of menu for this festival.
