Here are some important and selected food stuffs and daily life style tips that will give you a stress free life to enjoy.
1. Take milk,curd and dairy products milk daily to keep blood pressure within normal limit.
2.Do light exercise for 30 minutes to keep the heart healthy
3. If you are non vegetarian, then avoid mutton and chicken and eat fish,specially tuna and salmon to keep your heart beating normal and maintain its speed
4. Avoid artificial cold drinks and to use fruit juices and keep your arteries free from cholesterol and save your heart.
5.Add black soya sauce on salad,soup and vegetables daily. It keeps your heart free from fatty and harmful elements.
6. Laughing daily for about 10-minutes is very useful
7. Sleep at least 5 hrs daily. Sleeping deprivation has a bad effect on hormones,blood sugar,and blood pressure.
8. Do Pranayaam, a yoga exericse.Take deep breathing 15 min, slowly, every day.
9. Enjoy good music every day
