Winter is very much in and spring is yet another couple of months away; to be precise until March 20thhard winter is sure to take its toll on your body, scaling and drying it up and causing serious damage to body and face. If you take to consider seriously certain simple details, preventing your body from this bitter cold can be as enjoyable as the winter itself. the
Here are a few ways to deal with some of the winter problems like dry hands, dry lips, rough elbows etc.
- Dry Hands: This is one of the most common problems people suffer during harsh winters and the fact that causes dry skin is dehydration. Get accustomed to wearing a pair of gloves when going out. Remember, during winters each time your wash your body it tends to become dry, so have in hand an effective moisturizer and apply if all over after bath, washing your hands, cleaning utensils etc.
- Dry Lips: As I have already covered this topic in another blog of mine, the best way to treat dry lips is by applying balms, but not those with antiseptic base. Use cocoa butter, natural balms and also wearing cream lipstick and lip balm with SPF can ward off the damage caused by the winter sun.
- Rough Elbow: This can be so embarrassing, particularly when you wear half, mega or no-sleeve dresses. Mostly it so happens that the dryness causes the accumulation of dead skin on elbows, which can be removed by an exfoliating body scrub with natural ingredients. Also, follow this with some heal and smoothening cream massage; this can be done regularly to keep the situation under control. However, wearing a pair of gloves that covers up your elbows can prevent the outbreak of such a situation.
