Fruits must be an important part of our daily diet. For all the nutrition, vitamins and minerals and the high fiber content they have there is really no substitute to fresh fruit. The colorful variety that nature offers is truly admirable. Apples, mangoes, bananas, berries, cherries and so much more. How to get more fruit into your diet is a question for many. There is really nothing like fresh fruit. There cannot be any substitute as good as what nature offers us.

Go natural is the best way. It really does not need much effort to include more fruits in our daily diet just a little planning. If you too want to know how to get more fruit into your diet, here’s how:

1- Keep aside that packet of chips or fries. While in the kitchen cut up a few fruits (to add variety include different types) and store them in airtight containers. So the next time you feel a craving for sugar or a midday snack have fresh fruit and not those fried snacks that you have been feasting on. You will see the difference in just a few days. Loose weight you will but also feel so much better. Snacking while watching television can include a bowl of fruits.

2- Add a fruit smoothie to your breakfast menu. A fruit smoothies is a great way to include fruits and also have a delicious and nutritious meal.

3- A fruit basket or a salad with a generous addition of fruits like cherries and pineapple would require you to actually make no effort to eat fruits. The taste of these tasty salads would just have you scooping spoon after spoon. A delicious dessert and also nutritious fruits.

4- Decorating cakes with slices of strawberries or adding pineapple slices to your stir fried chicken would be another fruity addition worth trying.

5- I like carrying a few slices of fruit in my lunch box too, this ensures that I eat healthy. Fruits can provide you sugar that is good and easy for your body to breakdown. If you have a choice between fruit and fruit juices, it is definitely the fresh fruit that must be your choice. The roughage and the good nutrients that a fruit provides you, no fruit juice can.

If by the end of this read, you are thinking of different kinds of fruits and ways to add more fruit to your diet, I have achieved it all. Get fruity …its tasty and healthy. Go Natural…it is the best way to eat.

Hey Everybody, I am a student at Michigan State University and last week in one of my classes we had a speaker come and give us samples of a candy called Miracle Fruit. This fruit candy makes sour and bitter foods -- such as lemons, radishes, and beer -- to experience a dramatic change in taste and makes it sweet. This product could be good for diabetic’s, people with weight problems, and increase your fruit intake! This stuff is truly amazing to me so I felt the need to tell everybody else about it. I am posting the website below just in case if some of you are really interested. www.theworldbestfruit.com
