How to Cope Up With Summer Cold

Summer cold or hay fever, there is nothing worse than this. The symptom of summer cold is very similar to that of a real cold. The only difference between a real cold and summer cold is that real cold is caused by a virus but allergy is responsible for a summer cold. A summer cold is also known as allergic rhinitis, a runny nose due to an allergy. It makes us feel very irritated. Coping up with summer cold is very important.

 

 

 

The following simple steps can help in faster recovery from summer cold:

1.    Take extra vitamin C at the onset of a summer cold and throughout the illness.

2.    Drink plenty of water.

3.    Use a heating pad to help alleviate headache and any discomfort you may have in your facial area.

4.    Suck on cough drops or lozenges to ease the pain in your throat.

5.    Suck on a few pieces of cloves. This will help in combating the summer cold.
