An egg is an excellent nutritional food for children and adults alike. It becomes an integral part of every dining table in the whole world. People are having many a dishes of eggs in their breakfast, lunch or dinner. But, do we know how to buy and store eggs in the summer months?

A food product starts to rottener very soon in the summer season. In the hot summer months, it is very easy to get stale eggs in the market than fresh ones. To check the freshness of an egg, we can do a very simple and easy trial. Place the egg in a bowl of water. If it floats then the egg is stale. Fresh eggs always lie flat at the bottom of the bowl.

We should always store eggs in a closed container in the refrigerator. If you do not have a refrigerator, you should buy only the required number at a time, as they will spoil very quickly at room temperature.
