How to Benefit from homemade Yogurt

Hi,

Since living in India, I have learnt alot about the benefit of yogurt or curd as they called it here! I don't have to tell you about the health benefits of adding yogurt in your daily meals! Obviously, anyone can find numerous recipes here about how to use yogurt in our cooking!

However, I am going to share with you an ancient secrets of youthful looking skins with only using Yogurt!!! It is very easy and inexpensive too!

Let me starts with a story: In Japan, decades ago a few researchers discovered that the old folks working in certain soya sauce factories have very youthful looking hands! They were very curious and later discovered that it is the live cultures persence in the fermemtation process of soya sauce that has the rejurvernating effects on the old folks hands! They later patented the product and sold it as Miracle water which was recently sold to P&G.

In India, they have also discovered the secrets but instead of using soya sauce, they use yogurt! They believe that the live cultures presence in yogurt can rejurvenate our skins.

Methods:

After cleaning your skins with gentle soap, apply layers of fresh homemade yogurt to your skin for about 30 mins before washing off with lukewarm water. If you repeat this regularly and daily. You will see the effects sooner!

Just like the old folks in Japan, we all can have beautiful, youthful skins inexpensively! Save on the thousands of dollars spend on Cosmetic!
